To stay compliant with all state laws, we are only offering delivery within 3 miles of our physical location at this time. Shipping is unavailable. Although all sales are considered final, returns may be accepted as a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us for any inquiries.

Although everyone will react differently to the effects of cannabis, consumption methods and may require a bit of experimentation. We have tastefully crafted our products to suit your specific needs. If you would like suggestions on what to try, please explore our popular products or reach out to us for advice.

Payments

ACH Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card and Cash are currently accepted as forms of payment. *Delivery orders may be subject to payment option limitations for the safety of our delivery personnel. 

No, we do not accept international credit cards at this time.

We do charge sales tax as required for the state of New York to remain compliant with normal sales tax and the state enforced cannabis tax.

Shipping & Returns

All sales are considered final and returns are not typically allowed. If you believe there is a problem with your order or products, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

If a refund is deemed appropriate, they are typically processed within 3-5 business days. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
